Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order details.
We're pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $100.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, Mutiara Heritage ships within the United States only. We are unable to accommodate international orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
If your order has not arrived within 5 days of your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at contact@mutiaraheritage.com with your name and order number. We'll look into it promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued for the full order amount, excluding return shipping costs. For full details, please visit our Return Policy page.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us at contact@mutiaraheritage.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the item. We handle each situation individually and are committed to making it right.
